Walnut Open HS Hammer Competition & Youth Hammer Clinic
Please join us for an Exhibition/Open Competition and Instructional Clinic for Youth Hammer Throwers. No experience with the hammer throw is required for the clinic. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for youth hammer throwers to compete and also an introduction to hammer throwing for boys and girls ages 10-18.
This is a Non-CIF event. All athletes will compete Unattached and cannot wear any High School clothing or team uniforms.

As the last American to win Olympic gold in the hammer throw, Harold Connolly dedicated his life to the event. It was his goal to see America once again among the world's best in the event.
